Now you can be sure that your generators and alternators
are providing the output they should, and at the proper voltage and
frequency. The Model 627 can load generators up to 10KW to full
capacity, with the Model 632 handling units up to 15KW. The Model
627 generator test set combines two load banks in one, providing a
0-90A (0-10,800 watt) load at 120V, or 0-45A (0-10,800 watt) load at
240V. The Model 632 generator test set also combines two load banks in
one, providing a 0-130A (0-15,600 watt) load at 120V, or 0-65A (0-15,600
watt) load at 240V. Larger generators can be tested using two test sets.
This avoids purchasing a very large test set for only a small percentage
of your generator inventory. Fast and easy to use, the test set is fully
self-contained with no external equipment except adapters required.
A self-contained fan allows the test set to operate on a continuous basis,
the (Electronic) frequency meter features a direct reading needle type
indicator. The proper voltage limits for both 120V and 120/240V generators
are identified on the voltmeter face; Ammeter is dual range 0-10A or
0-100A. Carriers on both sides of the test set allow adaptors to stay with
the unit. Main adapter 35-3823 is required for all testing, other adapters
allow your generator output to be connected to the Test Set. Contact your
