The K&L Brake Caliper Piston Puller Set is designed for brake calipers that are difficult to disassemble. Instead of gripping the outside of the piston, the tool grabs the piston from the inside, helping eliminate tool marks on the critical seal surface.
Once the correct adapter is secured inside the piston, the slide hammer is used to pull the piston from the caliper body. Adapters from 19 mm to 30 mm provide coverage for a wide range of compatible piston sizes, and the complete set is supplied in a sturdy carrying case for storage and transport.
